Dearest Kitten
I love you, Sweetheart. The more that I think of you the more I miss you and seem to want you. How happy I would be if this was would end and they started passing out discharges. I know how happy we all would be if that would happen.
I dreamt of you again last night. What a lovely dream it was too. Something must be going to happen soon. Maybe it is the furlough that we have been planning on. No luck though. That will not happen for awhile yet.
Your letter of Thursday came today and it gave away the fact that there is a box on its way. You see, I have not received it as yet. I received the box of candy though.
(Tuesday morning) Did not get a chance to finish this letter last night because of some official business last night. A little meeting that I had to attend.
Sunday after writing to you, Sergeant St. Jean and myself went in to the hospital and I saw eight of our men from the Company. We brought out their mail for them and it cheered them up to have visitors even if it was only us.
I am glad that you are having Barby taken care of for inoculations. In the long run it is worth it. We both will be glad when you can keep the babies yourself. Let us hope and pray that we will all be together soon.
I received a card from Andrew and Estelle. It was very thoughtful of them.
Have to close so give my regards to all and kiss the babies for me
I love you my Beautiful wife.
Your Loving, Devoted, & Faithful Husband
Bob
